We utilized Lisa Hassett as our buyer's broker for our home purchase in Hopkinton, MA and couldn't have been happier. Lisa was as professional as they come and completely exceeded our expectations. In an industry that sometimes is criticized for agents looking out for themselves, Lisa couldn't have been farther from that depiction. We didn't have the easiest experience negotiating the purchase but Lisa was always looking out for our best interests. When the purchase negotiations temporarily broke off Lisa didn't care the least about losing a commission but rather simply wanted us to be happy and offered to show us any other properties when we were ready. Lisa went back to the sellers for us and successfully negotiated the offer upon our behalf. After the agreement, we relied on Lisa's deep knowledge of the real estate closing process to assist us from the offer acceptance through the closing and she didn't disappoint us any step of the way. We would highly recommend Lisa without reservation for a home listing or as a buyer's broker in the Boston or Metro-West locations. 2012
